Privacy
What we do with your details.
Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, and for the Albion waitlist if you ask for it. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to anything you didn't choose.
What we collect
Three things. First, what you type into the contact form or into a form Vera (our site companion) shows you in chat: your name, your email address, what you're writing about, and your message. Second, anonymous visit measurement through our own first-party analytics (Tachyon): which pages load, what gets clicked, where a visit came from, your device type and how fast the page loaded. Third, if you choose to talk to Vera, the conversation itself: your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude to generate her replies, and in voice mode your speech is transcribed by Deepgram and her replies are spoken by Cartesia, all for the duration of the conversation only. We do not store transcripts, and the chat resets when you leave the page. If you book a call, your name, email and chosen time go to Calendly to create the booking. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no cross-site anything.
Cookies
We set one cookie: _tch_vid, a random identifier that lets us recognise a
returning browser for up to a year. A companion session identifier
(_tch_sid) lives only until you close the tab. Both are first-party, are
never shared, and contain nothing about who you are. Your browser's cookie controls
remove them at any time. Preferences you choose on the site (like dismissing the cookie
notice) are stored locally in your browser and never leave it.
Why we hold it
To answer you. That's our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has deliberately contacted us, and the same basis covers our anonymous visit measurement. The Helix and Albion announcement lists are different: we only add you when you tick the consent box on the form, we record when you ticked it, and you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us. Talking to Vera is entirely optional, and everything on the site works without her.
Who else sees it
Our email is delivered by Resend, which processes messages on our behalf and hosts the announcement lists. The site is served by Render, and our visit measurement runs on our own Tachyon service. Vera's replies are generated by Anthropic's Claude; in voice mode Deepgram transcribes your speech and Cartesia produces hers, through our own voice service. Call bookings are created in Calendly. Each receives only what its job needs, only while you use that feature, and all act as processors under our instructions. Nobody else receives your details, and we never sell them.
How long we keep it
Correspondence stays in our inbox while it's useful, and we clear it out when it isn't, within two years at the latest. Waitlist entries stay until the product launches or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we're using it, or withdraw consent for the waitlist. Email hello@mindlynx.ai and we'll action it. No forms, no friction. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
